The very old Ghajar dynasty ‘Hedayat’ building in Urmieh (North-Western Iran) is in a semi-ruinous state but is still beautiful. The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development purchased it from its owners and it is now being restored to become the Urmieh College of Urban Development. This film documents every phase of the reconstruction and renovation process.
