Arash Raissian

Arash Raissian began his artistic journey through photography in his teenage years and expanded into filmmaking in 1999. He graduated in Film Directing from Soore University in Tehran in 2003. Since 2006, he has been a member of the Iranian Documentary Filmmakers Association.
In 2016, he founded Daargoun Art Gallery, where he continues to serve as director, curating and supporting contemporary art.
In 2023, he began creating wooden sculptures, bringing together his experience in visual storytelling and material exploration. His sculptural works have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions since then.
